The whole process from your initial visit to the final inspection by Mike will require your attention for the next 14 to 16 months. Your input on location, design, feel and budgetary requirements are hammered out during this time. The first few months are set aside for the design process and required permits. The last 12 months are dedicated to building your home to meet all of your expectations. Although rarely needed, Mike also provides his one-year, unconditional guarantee to fix ANYTHING within a reasonable amount of time that may need repair at no cost to the home owner. Although stated as "one-year", Mike will return to a home even after the home has been sold to new owners to warranty his work.
