The whole process from your initial visit to the final inspection
by Mike will require your attention for the next 14 to 16 months.
Your input on location, design, feel and budgetary requirements are
hammered out during this time.
The first few months are set aside for the design process and
required permits. The last 12 months are dedicated to building your
home to meet all of your expectations.
Although rarely needed, Mike provides a one year
builder warranty and will return to fix anything after that period
that is structural or mechanical in need of repair as part of his
commitment to his clients.

We discuss costs and agree on a budget in which we commit to
designing the house - which is called; Budget
Driven Design
- Deposit - We present preliminary designs or we
can build from your designs
- Contract - We form a contract to construct
your new custom home on a room by room specification sheet upon
agreeing on a turn key price which includes landscaping.
- Construction - Process of all phases of
contstruction averages between 10 and 12 months.
- Celebration! - Upon completion of your new
home, a celebration and warm welcome into your new
home.
Our goal upon completion, is that you have enjoyed
the building process of your new home. We hope that
